Worlds 2022: JD Gaming sweeps Rogue in the first quarterfinal of the playoffs

JD Gaming goes to the semifinals for the first time in the organisation's history, defeating the number seed from the LEC, Rogue.

The LPL reigns supreme once more.

This was Rogue’s third appearance at Worlds but their first-ever making it to the playoffs.

If the latter were to win tomorrow, it will be an all-LPL semifinal.

Unfortunately, JD was on a different level today, which started with the first game.

While the entirety of game three had both teams neck-to-neck, JD just managed to squeeze out the victory.
