Worlds 2022: DWG.KIA dominate G2 Esports to take the advantage in the rivalry

The LCK is looking strong at Worlds 2022.

But that win was more than just a best-of-one for both teams.

G2 sent DWG home in the quarterfinals of Worlds 2019.

DWG did the same the following year in the semifinals while going on to win it as well.

G2 would’ve been looking for revenge today but it will have to wait for now.

Heo “ShowMaker” Su was one of DWG’s standout performers in that game versus G2.

From the first team wipe against G2, it never looked like they could truly catch up to DWG.

Their next game will be against Evil Geniuses tomorrow while DWG will go up against JD Gaming.

Both EG and JD will be in action later today.
