Fix 1. cycle your system
One of the most familiar solution for troubleshooting is restarting the computer.

In response to these bugs, Microsoft has released new updates for the apps to fix them.
SO it is worth giving it a go and trying updating the Clock & Alarms App.

Fix 3.
Repair/ Reset Clock & Alarms App
Sometimes all it takes is resetting the app or simply repairing it.
Note: Resetting the app will wipe out all the data saved in the app.
After Repairing/Resetting the app try re-launching the app.
Hopefully, it will run as intended.

After restarting the computer try relaunching the app.
This time it should start working just fine.

So outdated Windows may cause the issue to rise.
Hence, keeping your OS up to date is necessary to keep in mind.
