Riot finally brings about change to its pricing model.
Aside from revising its current pricing model, Riot also plans to introduce new champion bundles for new players.
As for the new pricing system, it will still take a champion’s age into account.
The longer time a champion spends in the pool, the more affordable it becomes.
After the first week, the prices of these champions will be reduced.
These champions will also be placed in a tier based on data from players.
Riot will also increase the prices for certain champions that are good, but difficult for beginners.
This includes the likes of Ryze, Twisted Fate, Singed, and Kayle.
The new pricing model will be available come Wednesday, March 8 with patch 13.5.
