Players can change their Riot ID every 90 days instead of 365 days

This is a huge change because VALORANT players were used to changing their in-game name every 30 days.

Now, they are dialing back the 365-day waiting period to a more manageable 90 days.

This will give players more flexibility to change their in-game identities.
