NAVI’s new roster has brought the former FunPlus Phoenix squad back together.
This also means that ardiis has called time on his relatively short stint with NRG in VCT Americas.
They started off brightly as well with a top-eight finish at VCT LOCK//IN after they lost to LOUD.
You could tell from then on that the chemistry within NRG was simply not working.
However, it was at Masters Tokyo where their form started to truly dip.
NAVI suffered a shock group stage elimination after two straight losses to NRG and EDward Gaming.
This came after a strong start that saw NAVI defeat Team Liquid.
Unfortunately, they would soon lose to DRX in a nail-biting series as well as getting reverse-swept by LOUD.
