After a thrilling end to Group A at MSC 2024 yesterday, it was time to see Group Cs teams in action once again.

Today at theMobile Legends: Bang Bang Mid Season Cup 2024sGroup Stage, we saw the culmination of Group B, with the four teams fighting to claim a spot in the playoffs - or get sent packing.Twisted Minds,HomeBois,Liquid Echo, andTeam Spirithad already played their first series, with the Southeast Asian teams coming out on top which meant that a single loss would spell the elimination of the other two.
Southeast Asia shine
As mentioned previously, it would only take a single loss for either the hometown heroes, Twisted Minds, or the dark horse fourth-place finishers from the M5 World Championship, Team Spirit to be eliminated from MSC 2024.
Unfortunately for these two teams, the first two best-of-two games in Group C for today would be theirs and they would be facing off against the toughest challengers.
For TW, they had the tough task of taking on HomeBois, while TS was facing off against Liquid Echo.
In the end, it was the two SEA teams who took commanding victories and sent their opponents into the elimination zone.
Even with TS taking a victory over TW in their final game, it would not be enough for them to leapfrog either of the top two.
The final series of the day would see the top two teams going head-to-head, with a Malaysian versus Philippines battle.
This series was another quick one, with TLPH absolutely destroying HB, constantly taking them down at every turn to take the top spot in Group C.
With that, Group C was concluded at MSC 2024, with HB and TLPH claiming the spoils and moving on into the playoffs.
Sadly, for TS and TW, their tournament ends here, with no major surprises coming from either team.
Tomorrow, July 6th, we will see Group B finding their champions, with the so-called group of death.
