Malaysia and Indonesia claimed the championships in the MLBB mixed and women’s divisions, respectively.
Malaysia secured victory in the mixed MLBB division, which was hosted from November 12 to 15.
They swept Team USA, 2-0, but fell to Team Philippines, 2-1, in their second match.
In the Playoffs, Team Malaysia defeated Team Turkey manned by ULFHEDNAR players in the quarterfinals.
In the semifinals, they met Team Indonesia, represented byFnatic ONICplus Luke “Luke” Valentinus fromBigetron Alpha.
Team Malaysia went through their Indonesian opponents, albeit barely, with a 2-1 scoreline.
This time, they defeated Team Philippines in the in a 2-0 sweep to secure the title for Malaysia.
With their victories, Team Malaysia secured $70,000 while Team Indonesia walked away with $50,000.
