Feixiao will be the second playable Arbiter-General of the Xianzhou Alliance faction.
Known as The Merlin’s Claw, Feixiao is the current Arbiter-General of the Xianzhou Yaoqing.
But Feixiao herself prefers to be called the Lacking General, but not for a lack of ability.
Instead, she sees herself lacking in worries, regrets, and rivals yeah, she’s a badass.
With that said, she does carry the burden of the Moon Rage affliction.
If she were to defeat all her opponents, then the only enemy Feixiao has would be herself.
Aside from a couple of teasers and in-game references, Feixiao herself has yet to make an appearance.
There should still be at least one more new character coming in version 2.5 revealed in the coming days.
If that ends up being true, we can expect one more 5-star character as well as a 4-star.
Honkai: Star Rail version 2.5 is expected to be released in early September.
