HBO's The Last of Us Season 2 finally announces April premiere date

We finally have an official premiere date for the game adaptations second season.

HBOs live-action game adaptation ofThe Last of Usfinally has a Season 2 premiere date.

HBO has also released new posters for the upcoming season, featuring Joel, Ellie, and newcomer Abby.

Young Mazino also stars as Jesse, while Catherine OHara plays an unknown role.

Season 2 of The Last of Us premieres on 13 April, 2025.

This season will not fully adapt the events of the game its based on, however.

The series will reportedly takeup to four seasonsto fully adapt Ellies story.
