The solution to such an issue is quite simple.
While in-game, pressEscand press the gears icon from the left side pane to openSettings.
Now, selectGraphicsand expand theDisplay Modeoptions.
Now launch OBS and start capturing the gameplay.
you could now switch to fullscreen mode if you want to.
Now launch Genshin Impact and find out if the OBS is able to capture the game window.
If not, move on to the next method.
So double-check youre using OBS with the dedicated GPU, the same as the Genshin Impact game.
Sometimes these apps can conflict with OBSs capture window and cause black screen issues.
