Former ECHO's ace Yawi officially joins AURA Fire

This announcement has been rumoured for a while after Yawi left ECHO.

This is because AURA Fire and ECHO are a sister team.

Both of them are under the same AURA Esports organization.

Currently, he will occupy the jungle role with the departure of VAN to EVOS Glory.

Before becoming an esports athlete, Yawi was a basketball varsity player.

Joining MPL Phillippines team from Season 6 onward, He already won the league once with ECHO.

Interestingly, he won the M World Championship series first before taking the crown of MPL Phillippines.

AURA Esports was struggling in the previous season.

They placed dead last in MPL Indonesia Season 12 with 5 wins and 11 losses.

This record made them fail to advance to the playoff stage.
