Evil Geniuses eliminated from PGL Arlington Major, TI invite potentially slips away

The Lower Round 1 elimination matchup’s second series setEntityagainstEvil Geniuses.

Entity had nothing on the line, their TI invite hopes dashed before the event’s start.

Evil Geniuses were fighting for their TI invite.

And yet it still took a full three games to determine the winner.

The first game saw Entity last pick a Venomamcer which seemed to have absolutely no impact on the game.

Without any stuns, and having failed to snowball the lane, Entity could not lock down Evil Geniuses.

In the second match of the series, Evil Geniuses' draft was much to be desired.

This allowed Entity to tie things up 1:1 bringing things to a deciding third game.

In the final game Entity outdrafted EG and the BeastMaster was brutal against their lineup.

EG will go home in 9-12th place with no DPC points or money in their pockets.
