The majority of the changes are nerfs, which is the case in most balance patches.
Dota 2 patch 7.35 seems a rare patch which has a lot more broken items than the average patch.
Its cost to benefit ratio was too low, which even Wang Ame Chunyu mentioned in hisinterview with GosuGamers.
Now, it costs more and does less than it used to pre-patch 7.35c.
This should deter players from buying it as the first item sight unseen.
It hasnt seen the most massive nerf, but rather a bunch of small nerfs.

This nerf might warrant a change in skill build.
Lion
Lions Mana Drain with his Aghanims Shard was the talk of the town till recent times.
Players pretty much went for a first or second item Scepter.

Now with MegaMeepo nerfed, the pick rate and win rate is bound to decrease.
Teams will mostly stick to the stuff they have been working within the past few weeks.
But dont underestimate the impact of small changes in Dota 2.

We might just see some surprises pop up based on the changes from Dota 2 patch 7.35c!
