A few weeks ago, Valve promised Dota 2 patch 7.34 would be released before the TI12 qualifiers.
About 9 days before the qualifiers, the new patch has arrived.
Patch 7.34 may not be as large as patch 7.33, but it still has a lot to offer.

Slow Resistance
A new mechanic has been added to the game Slow Resistance.
Hand of Midas
Hand of Midas now has two charges.
The Hawk no longer grants vision like it used to, which is going to affect Rexxars pick rate.
Doom
Doom no longer mutes!
Invoker
The biggest winner of the patch is perhaps Invoker, who is now a Universal Hero.
