BloodThirstyKings continue their dominance over North America’s MLBB scene.
Before meeting each other in the grand finals, the Mobazane-led BTK had already lost twice to Cloud9.
First, in the group stage, when Cloud9 defeated scored a 3-1 victory over BTK.
As with their previous two encounters, Cloud9 looked incredibly confident and started the series strong.
They won the first confrontation in sixteen minutes with an MVP performance by Nathanael Nathzz Estrologo.
The third game has almost the same rhythm as the previous one.
However, one mistake from BTK was all Cloud9 to take a commanding 3-0 series lead.
Whether overconfident or too relaxed, Cloud9 looked out of focus coming into game 4.
BTK also noticed this, as they exploited mistake after mistake by their opponents.
MobaZane rallied his teammates to take a 14-minute game four victory to hopefully spark a comeback.
And come back they did.
Every mistake made by Cloud9 turned into another victory for BTK as they levelled the score to 3-3.
In the end, Cloud9 looked nervous as they recklessly pounced on every opportunity they got.
