Bethesda's lore timeline for Starfield has 300 years of war and discovery

Bethesda has published an official timeline of Starfields war-torn world.

Bethesda Game Studioshas releaseda lore timeline forStarfield,its upcoming sci-fi open-world game.

The timeline kicks off in 2050, when humans first land on Mars.

In 2156, humans arrive in Alpha Centauri, a star system 4.37 light years away from Earth.

Alas, this time of peace and discovery could not last forever.

In 2167, Solomon Coe settles Cheyenne and its first city, Akila City.

After that, both the United Colonies and Freestar Collective start getting into spats over interstellar territory.

It does lead to the formation of the UC Vanguard, UCs very own space-navy.

Bethesdas timeline slows down after this, explaining the origins of various characters youll meet in the game.

Starfield launches on September 8, 2023.
